What We Do

AMSystems designs, manufactures and services thin film processing equipment for the coating and ion milling needs of the industry, research labs and universities.

Our equipment ranges from single wafer R&D modules to four chamber production cluster tools. We have over 40 modules installed in R&D and high volume production environments around the world.

Our Piezoelectric Aluminum Nitride system enabled first high volume manufacturing of FBAR filters for cellular phones. 

We provide a complete solution for FBAR/BAW technologies, including thin film deposition along with thickness uniformity trimming.

We work with customers from the initial stages of developing a new product through high volume manufacturing, providing them with the best possible equipment required by their unique technological needs.

Using our foundry services, AMSystems can help our customers build early prototypes utilizing our deposition and etching equipment.

Our deposition and etching sources along with our automation and software can be adapted to many different customer systems. Our state-of-the-art software is highly flexible and intuitive, allowing even older systems to be retrofitted with our modern electronics and automation.
